Usha International — juicer part damaged

I bought juicer on 31/12/2017 but it's part from where juice comes out is broken. My wife raised complaint, guy from usha took part away in february 2018 & he also took four digit code that my wife was not aware. Now he never came to return that part.
Now i raised another complaint no - cc[protected] on date 7th september, but no one came to attend
