My Juicer Mixture Grinder is not working since 15th August 2021. I register a complaint through mail i=on the same date. But problem is not resolved till date.
I am continuously raising my concern through mail & customer care but no one is responding positively. I don't know where should I complain now.
Part of my product is with their technician since then. They are harassed me a lot.
Pl. guide me for any further way of getting resolution of my problem. The company must be penalized for such a sever harassment of customer. Was this information helpful? |
