[Resolved]  Usha International ltd. — Not repairing my product under warranty

I purchased Usha fan heater model FH3114S ON DT.28/12/2014 under bill no.1909 dt.28/12/14 from friends electricals Gurgaon with Sr. no Q[protected]. I booked a complaint to Usha customer care on dt.20/12/14 under complaint no.C-[protected] ref.735 dt.20/12/14 and no one has come to repair the said till today. I called Usha customer care several times but there are not repairing my product which is under warranty.
