I have purchasedone mixer grinder on 11th apr 2018 from big bazar - rcity ghatkopar west, on opening it was observed that motor on running giving burning smell and triping again and again, all the jars are giving noise at the time of running like goods train on the track. Pl note this is peti pack piece lifted from big bazar. On 12th april a complaint was lodged with tollfree no o[censored]sha international bearing no 5269, with committment of 48 hrs. Servive mechanac came on 13th april and after checking confirmed that motor is defective and in all jars one washer is missing pl note this is the condition of product which has nall quality check stickers on it. The service mechanic given the committment of replacing motor on if possible on saturday but failing which on monday 16th april possitively, no body turned on 14th nor on 16th apr, and no phone call for failure of commitment, on 17th morning
I phoned customer care no againand same man gave me commitment of 17th evening i asked him the question if this committment is failed then what next then he connected to his senior ms sheetal she also gave me number of mr manoj and he gave me committment of 18th end of the day the motor will be replaced, after waiting uoto 6.30 pm i gave call to mr manoj and he just postpone the date to 19th april, we hade lot of delibration with him saying that you not given money to mee but to big bazar and i am not directly responcible for it. I was shocked with his appraoch. I think usha shouled withrew all dealerships and make mr manoj to sit on counter of there shop so that he becomes responcible for the same it looks like that mr manoj has given committment without any backup or not followed it up as he has committed to customer and hence it has failed, lastly he told me he is sending man to put lable so that you can go to bigbazar and get replacement, the easyway to run away from problem, i asked him to go to big bazar it cost me rs 100/- who will pay it to me for which he has no answer, as per my understanding the lable is put when product is beyond repairs at customers place. After various followup it unsolved till 19th apr one thing is sure that i will never buy usha product nor will recoment it any of my friends where customer is not god but sweeper who is made to run from piller to post Was this information helpful? |
