I have bought Usha sewing machine - janome -dream stitch -automatic sewing machine on 28/20/3015 from amazon.com. since that day I have placed a request on your Tollfree number twice but nothing has worked out. I have even contacted the person - Mr.Mahavir Kumar on mobile number-[protected], given to me by your customer care exe. But nothing has worked out. So, please guide me or I will be forced to complaint in the consumer forum.
