I have lodged a complaint with toll free no.[protected] on dt[protected] at 16.30 hrs. And complaint is registered with no.2498 with an assurance that complaint will be attended within 48 hours, by m/s satyam electricals, bhopal.
Today it is[protected] and even after two telephonic reminders to m/s satyam electricals on contact no.[protected] no body has turned up to attend the complaint.
It is very much disappointing from a company of repute like you.
