I have registered a complaint regarding my usha colt mixer grinder on 23th feb 2018 for not working. If i not forget your technician was visited my place next day on 24th feb 2018 and click some picture of my bill and warranty card, then confirm me that right now parts not available so he will visit tomorrow again with parts and solve my problem, but today 1st march 2018 till no response from any one, my complain is till pending no one helping me regarding the same. I called your customer care 6 to 8 times they given me service center number ([protected] global power link) when i called this number they are giving me technician number ([protected] name - atul). When i called this number 1st time he received my call and informed me that, "i will call you within 15 minutes" but he doesn't called me again, when i called this number he disconnected my call every time. I wrote mail 4 to 5 times to this mail id ([protected]@ushainternational.com) they doesn't replayed any of my mail, also i have updated same thing social networking site facebook but they are not replying any of my posts. Really i'm unable to understand what happening with me.. I'm very disappointed with your service...
