Dear Team... We have purchased usha food processor from Digi1 Andheri(W) on 6th Mar'2017.. and registered for the demo call via dealer but we had to undergo through a delay for the demo which was later placed after 5 days of our purchase of the product instead of it being placed within 48 hrs. On the day of Demo, the technician Mr. Deepak said that the Juicer jar n the Chutney jar aren't working appropriately, so infront of him we called up Usha Care Toll free no. And registered the complaint... So another technicians Mr. Shunty Singh visited our place after two days of registering our complaint and witnessed that the chutney jar and the juicer jar weren't working appropriately and should be replaced immediately and he took our reference no. And said he will keep it pending for the product to be replaced and we waited for him till another week to come and replace.. but it didn't happen so we tried to connect usha care again and got to know that, he ended our call by him getting benefit without leaving the customers happy and made a fool out of ourself. Well this how usha makes their customers feel happy? This is really very dissappointing. Thereafter I logged one more complaint regading the defects in the chutney n juicer jar, which needs to be replaced. .. And you the worst part of this time was, that no technician did come to visit our place and there is no response from ur end or your team. This is so annoying n dissatisfying. If this happens to be the case with all... I m sorry there will be no happy customers. . And no one will like to buy your products. It is because its been 15 days and we are not able to use the product... such a dissappointment from Usha Care and Team. The Brand is big so we purchased. .. but you shattered our Trust with such a poor service. Really ashamed to be your customer. Sorry n Thank you.
