Cost : 13000
First compaint (After 15-20 days) : water leakage (Resolved)
Second complaint (After about 1 month) : tank alarm spoiled due to which the cool button did not work and the cooler became useless (Resolved)
Third complaint : no cooling effect (After about 1 and half month) : the technician came and just cleaned the holes and suggested to place it near the window or outside and he himself said that they will be not very much effective, we did that but still no effect, we tried it in our small bed room as well and we even slept on our terrace one night to see the effect but there was no change.
Fourth complaint : after this i started dropping messages on usha international website and their facebook page and twitter as well, i am doing so on daily basis since last 2 weeks, there was a call from the service center and they sent a technician on 3rd june but since there was no power at home, he could not do anything, but even he said that it will work like this only, there will not be much cooling from this equipment, and its 4th day after his visit today there is no follow up call from the company neither the guy visited again.
My question now is then why the company is selling the product by calling it as a desert cooler when it just works like a fan, the honey comb does not work the way wood wool works this is my observation, as the water do not stay absorbed in them, it just flows down straight away, so there is no cooling effect at all.
Resolution : i want preferably a refund or else replacement with another cooler with wood wool
