The remote and reciever I purchased with the striker galaxy 1200 mm seiling fan costs 800 rs for the remote and reciever. the reciever was damaged internally and it does not work, so I request the customer care to check it on 30 june, 2019 and today is 23 july, where they promised that they will fix the problem within 3 to 4 days but till today no technician has visited My home. they are giving the excuses of bad weather etc. this company is a worst company. If anybody buying products from this company, they are going to waste their money and time.
