Usha — New cooler not working

This is very disappointing and pathetic that, I am not getting proper service from neither Usha nor the associated allyes. I bought a water room cooler a month ago but it is not working because of its tank is dropping and power switch miss. I have logged calls and followed many times but no one is taking responsibility.
