Hi, I purchased an exhaust fan in Nov2018. It has 1 year warranty. The fan has stopped working since a month now. I have raised complaint with Usha customer care almost two weeks back and called them at least 10-15 times thereafter. They promise the send technical executing in 24/48 hours but no one approaches to us to resolve issue.
There is no service support from Usha, it is unacceptable and they aren't bothered of their customers. Its one kind of harassment to be very clear.
Their call center executive is never available on toll free number and call get gets registered for call back. Many times the call on tollfree number is routed to adhaar service center. Was this information helpful? |
