My name is Amitayush Priyadarshi, my registration is [protected], and I have dealt with a number of issues regarding my In-Warranty product o[censored]SHA Induction 3616.
I regret to inform you that I have not received any resolution of my complaint no. IC[protected] that was registered on 30 January.
There have been a number of instances where I have been either verbally disrespected by the USHA personnel or have been provided sub standard service:
1. The service resolution took more than 3 visits and 15 days to reach a conclusion, which was that the product cannot be repaired and a sticker was pasted on it with a time limit of 45 days. (during the 1st and 2nd visit of the service person, he was very disrespectful towards me until I complained about it in the customer care). (please find an attachment of the same).

2. I have been contacting my nearest showrooms (details shared by customer care personnel) for replacement since the date the replacement sticker was pasted on my product, but, the person responsible has either said, "we will order the product and let you know."- for the past 20 days. Or, have been outright denied by others, saying either, "we don't have this product, and we don't order it." or, "We do not order this product and I am in a meeting and cannot talk to you."
3. When I took this concern to one of your customer care representatives, despite explaining to her my situation, she did not escalate my request for quicker resolution and rather told me to mail to the customer care.
I request you to please look after my concern, as I have done everything that was asked of me by USHA and yet still haven't been able to enjoy my product even for 1 year.
