I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers & Consumer Electronics
The issue that I have experienced was: I bought a Usha mysty water heater on last Sunday 8th May and installed it going through manual however it did not heat water so I logged a complain on Tuesday morning I was told person would visit in 48 hours however no one came in that duration in spite of fact I was chasing it myself with local vendor and customer care then finally the engineer came and told due to dey heating it’s not working he did not have the heating rod to be changed so he came next day that to when I followed up next day he changed the rod and went and told it will work else call now after that also it did not work now today also he was not in so I called the vendor however now they are saying they need charges as heating rod was damaged due to dry heating on the box heating rod has 2 year warranty also gyser was never used as dry and the vendor and engineer are highly rude the vendor even went to state that they have multiple complains and not only this one to handle.

I need your intervention to get this resolved asap
