Usha — Product not working

Faulty product delivered 29dec2020, 1HP Usha pressure booster 100. float was not working since day one, usha service personnel installed pump without float an essential part, as part was not available he said will be replaced soon, since last 11 months part is not available. 15th nov 2021 total pump failed and not working, this time i again complained. service person visited and said pressure gauge not working. still under warranty, total warranty 2 years. now this part "pressure gauge is also not available since last two weeks
