This Usha Food Processor (FP3811) is the worst ever product I've seen in my life. My father purchased this processor in Nov 2020 and it's stopped working for the fourth time till now.
We had registered our complaint on 27 Feb 2022, a technician visits our house and fix the issue but on the same day, the Food processor wasn't working. Then we registered a complaint again on 28 Feb 2022, now it is two weeks that no technician called or visited us.
Every time we call Customer care, or if we ask to contact us with a senior person they always give lame excuses.
