Usha — Regarding illegal demand of installation of pipe charges for fixing a storage water heater by the USHA fitting personnel

I have purchased a Aqua GENIE AG10AX 10 liter Storage Water Heater from a showroom, namely, Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd, , Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 27.12.2021 for Rs.7200/- In the box containing the said water heater, it has been mentioned that all the fitting articles are inside the box. But when the staff of your reputed organization came, they said that the pipe is not within the box and let pay Rs.400/- for installation of pipe and they also take it by demanding. Sir, kindly be verify whether it is the malafide and cunning intention of the show room staff and your staff to grab Rs.400/- as pipe installation charges.
