I regret to write it here regarding worst service o[censored]sha product after sales. I purchased 4 premium fans (USHA Bloom daffodil) and after 4 month o[censored]se 1 fan motor burnt. after registering the online complaint, I received call from service guy enquiring about fan type and he given excuse since fan motor is not in stock, he will come after 4 days when it arrives. after 8th day of compliant registry service guy visited home empty handed just to see the fan and to take the warranty details. since I was not at home and my brother attended him, service guy asked my brothers mobile to see the company sms and they took the OTP without our knowledge and they went by saying that still motor not arrived and further it will take 4 more days. likewise we got cheated by service representative and we came to know when we got call from care centre and they told us that our request has been closed. we explained the full case but so far no response received. Still fan is un-repaired. Its more than 15 days now. Was this information helpful? |
