I have never faced such a bad service on warranty in my entire life. The technician had no manner on how to speak and even though clearly hearing the sound issue, awas denying the issue altogether. The service center for this complaint was At Once Services. The technician was so rude even though i was talking politely, saying things like i cannot satisfy your issue and you re wasting my time and refusing to do even a simple fix. IT seemed like he was doing me a huge favour by even talking to me.Later on deliberately dumped a lot of greasy spare parts on my bedsheet and ruined them. Whenever i would try to talk to him to get the issue resolved he would make a very snark remark. Customer Care were no help at all and they didnt even assign the issue to someone else even after this technician deliberately refused to fix the issue 2 seperate times and told to discuss with service center only
I have previously held USHA brand in high regard, but with this harrowing experience i will not be purchasing anything even remotley associated with this brand. Was this information helpful? |
