Usha — Sewing machine-frequent breaking of Needle

We have purchased one sewing machine no. 8452 10 22 SM Bandhan DLX Composite with PBC on[protected] from Usha International Ltd, A-23, Tagore Mkt, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi -110015. Right from day one this sewing machine is not working efficiently. Machine needle breaks frequently. Many times complaints has been lodged in this regard but the defect was not cured. It appears that there is manufacturing defect in the machine. It is therefor requested to kindly change this sewing machine as it is no use to us.
