I purchased Usha sewing Machine ( Janome) during the lockdown period in 2020. I was told that they are not sending home to home demo service because of the Pandemic. They would resume their services once the situation improves. After a long wait and repeated calls, I was finally able to get a conformation for demo at home. I had called on 30th of Oct 21 and was told that the concerned personal would come home after 92 hrs. My complaint number, as per the message received, is CC[protected] and MR ATUL PANDEY ( MOB NO - [protected]) was assigned to come. Inspite of calling him repeatedly, he has not come till date. He was previously assuring me that he would come, but he has now stopped picking up his phone. Its almost One and a half years that my machine is sitting idle at home.
