I had purchased a 25L Eurolex water geyser from the Armed Forces canteen as, serving for the Indian Air Force, on the trust of your brand name. It's been a few years since I started using it.
2 months ago, it started creating issues, as soon as we switched it on, our home MCB board would get cut off. I guess that might be bcoz of some internal electrical issues with the geyser.
Just to check I opened the bottom part of it and to my surprise the knob to control the temperature of heat was just for show, no connection or wiring is present inside. There is a led light shown outside but inside no connection to that as well. It's so shocking to know that the geyser given to us was a second hand put inside a new box and took full money from us.
Very disappointing and upsetting.
I was about to go ahead and post about it on my social media but I thought of giving a chance so that this issue could be fixed.
But to my surprise I had called 4 times to customer care on this number ([protected]) and escalated the issue as well. Everytime they promised that within 24 hours I would get a call but not even a single call or message has been received.
When I complaint over mail, got a response back: "Recipient inbox full
Your message couldn't be delivered to [protected]@usha.in. Their inbox is full."

You should close your customer service department. Your customer is suffering because of your fault and you don't even care ?????
I need a replacement or repair it, for me to use it.
