I had purchased a 25L Eurolex water geyser from the Armed Forces canteen as, serving for the Indian Air Force, on the trust of your brand name. It's been a few years since I started using it.

2 months ago, it started creating issues, as soon as we switched it on, our home MCB board would get cut off. I guess that might be bcoz of some internal electrical issues with the geyser.
Just to check I opened the bottom part...

I bought an usha shriram eurolex gold pressure cooker (Item code:ci2803) on 10-january 2020 from military csd canteen at kottayam district of kerala state. Within 10 days o[censored]sage its body handle got damaged. I understand that the body handle is made of low quality material and it is not sufficient for much heat resistance capacity. The washer is also damaged. Three pressure cookers of this company have been purchased earlier. That's why...

We have a valid AMC with M/s. Usha Shriram Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi under Receipt No.2777, valid from 23.11.2009 to 22.11.2011 for which an advance amount of Rs.1988/- has also been remitted by us. In spite of having Valid AMC duly prepaid, several calls for service maintenance has gone un-answered till date....
