I bought an usha shriram eurolex gold pressure cooker (Item code:ci2803) on 10-january 2020 from military csd canteen at kottayam district of kerala state. Within 10 days o[censored]sage its body handle got damaged. I understand that the body handle is made of low quality material and it is not sufficient for much heat resistance capacity. The washer is also damaged. Three pressure cookers of this company have been purchased earlier. That's why i bought it again.
I need to replace the cooker. Kindly interfere in this issue.
