Usha Shriram — Water purifier - RO

I have purchased water purifier RO, from USHA SRIRAM, I have called customer care number which was written on the box to Install the RO, after the complaint registered I was promise that within 12-24 hours our technician will call you and INSTALL RO, and Iam calling the customer care from last 25 days, every day morning and I get the same message that sorry for inconvenience you wait for 12-24 hours
