Usha — USHA[protected]Watt Quartz Room Heater with Overheating Protection

I bought the heater from Amazon which has a warranty for 1 year. After using it for 2 months, the upper heating tube isn't working anymore. I'll attach the invoice. I'm requesting a refund or repair. Please be quick.
