I made a complaint for Water Heater issue on 6th Oct23. The engineer came and pasted a sticker for replacement in few days. When reached to shop for replacement from where it was purchase and it came to notice that the shop is permanently closed. The story starts post that.
Called USHA care support for further support from where they have shared many contact numbers which are either non-operational or declined by the executive to address the issue. Post few more day calls got the numbers of dealers which are 40-60 KMS away from my residence. I agreed to travel to get the product replaced and then again came to know that the product has been discontinued. Its known by dealers but USHA support isn't aware and keep saying it's still not been discontinued as its reflecting on website. Not a good business practice.
There is another product in store, and I am doing regular follow-ups with no issue at my end to get the product replaced under warranty. Its 25th of oct. which is 20th day of my complaint raised. temperature has fall to such extent that water heater is a must but unfortunately there is no clue against final product replacement.
