We have purshed 1 geyser from reliance digital najafgarh on 12/11/2021 but yet not installed i have called customer care of reliance digital and usha company but they are not ready to help what kind of services they are providing i don't understand kindly look into it
Dear Sir/ Madam, We purchased one Usha cooking gas chulha through your dealer in Madhu Vihar, East Delhi.It is self ignition chulha.On 17.12 2021one of the wire in the ignition system caught fire but we controlled it. It required repair.We immediately made a complaint on line which was registered CC[protected] which was assigned to one Yuvraj [protected].On the same day one Mukesh [protected] visited us and checked the wire and opined that it requires replacement.He was also shown one knob which was loose and when he checked it and tried to handle it he broke the knob and its holder but he left with the word that he would immediately come and replace it but he never turned up despite our repeated calls to him on 17/18/19/20/21.12.2021.In meanwhile another person named Sandeep turned up on 19.12.2021, he inspected the wire and tried to replace it but he left us saying that the wire in our appliance is somewhat of less circumference and he made a word that he will turn up with knob and wire but he has kept us waiting till the time of this mail.Meanwhile I got a message on my mobile stating what is reproduced below Thank you for contacting Usha Care. Regret due to unavoidable reasons, your complaint CC [protected] has been cancelled Call [protected] for any assistance.The sender knew that due to Christmas and Sunday this number shall remain closed and we were left in a lurch.Is it the way you deal your customer.We are an old pair living alone and we have to take care of ourselves.I hope you will take care of my complaint and take quick action to resolve our concern.
