Usha — Usha geyser I have the invoice of the product but warranty card is lost

I have invoice of the usha geyser purchased on[protected]. Now water started leaking from geyser and informed service center they confirmed that tank needs to be replaced I have warranty on tank but they ask for warranty card and say invoice is not valid how do I claim warranty please help
