Usha — Usha Goliath Iron

I bought the above Usha Iron through Amazon on August 2020. Within a month it got spoiled. I lodged a complain and technician came and rectified it. Again in Novembe/December I had an issue . The technician came and said that sole plate needs to be changed. Since then iam following up but there is no response from Service center. I never thought that a reputed brand like Usha is having such a bad service... Please help...
