Usha — Usha Mixer Grinder need to be fixed

I have registered for repairing usha mixer grinder in warranty period . The appointment got cancelled three times.Now the technician not visted nor contacted after one week from registration.It was assigned to smart care solutions kottayam. It has transferred to kanjirappally by them. Complaint No.is CC[protected].Please respond to my grievance
