I raised a complaint on Feb 16, 2022 as my Iron Box which I had purchased 6-7 months back is not working, your service team initially from Prime Enterprises has collected with a resolution time of 2 working days, as Prime team could not rectify the issue it was reassigned by your team to Srinivasa appliances with ticked(Please find below details of complaint registered with USHA International Ltd as per your request.

Till date their is no information even after repeated calls to customer support, today when I had called customer support, the lady says my issue was not escalated and she will do it today itself.
