My product got problem on 3/3/2203. I raised complaint on the same date. And service person from usha checked the filamnent and he went for replacement under warrenty. But till now there is no movement from service centre. I have a worst experience. I don't know why they took one month to sort out the problem and till now the problem is not rectified.
