We purchase one water storage geyser of 15 ltr on 13.2.2017 . .
The tank leaked on complaint your technician visited and said the geyser will be replaced then next technician came an disconnected the connections and put the sticker on 29.9.2021, this is not to be used an it will be replaced.
The dealer from whom we purchase has permanently closed his shop.
I am regularly complaining for replacing the geyser at your call centers regularly. They always say our team will contact us. Nobody bothers to call back.
We want immediate replacement of the geyser. If some other model is available, we were willing to pay the difference if any.
We need immediate action to replace the geyser without any delay.
We are very much dissatisfied with your service.
