Usps — I am complaining about my parcel that is currently in transit since very long time

This was actually my first time receiving something through Gofo Tracking, so I was not sure how I would track it. I found Gofo tracking and gave it a try. It was much easier than I expected. Around the same time, I had another parcel moving with Speedx Tracking, so I also checked SpeedX tracking. Both were pretty straightforward. I did not have to sit there figuring out buttons or complicated menus. The latest shipment update was easy enough to follow, and I could tell when the package had moved to another location. For someone using these carriers for the first time, that made things much less confusing.
