Can you please let me know whats the issue with the below parcel? I have send a Bday gift to my 5 year old nephew but he didnt received it

I sent a parcel from USA via USPS on February 19th. I was told that it will reach Surat (Gujarat, India) within 10 days. It's been almost a month, but the parcel has not been delivered yet. It seems the parcel is stuck in Ahmedabad. I've tried to contact their postal office, but I've gotten no reply. They wouldn't pick up the phone nor reply my emails. What else can be done to find out where my parcel is and how long it may take to deliver it? I'd very much appreciate any help.

im in USA i send a parcel on feb 12 from usps in india unfortunately it was sent from usps first class mail with no tracking number which was a big big mistake its 25th today and my family they didn't received it yet. what i should do now.. how i can get it back so that i can send it again with tracking number..plz plz help me out

I mailed a Christmas card to my grandmother with a child's necklace in it for her grandson. I mailed it Tuesday 12-21-10 morning from the West Hartford Post Office. My family received it at 28 Catalpa Rd, Wilton, CT on Wednesday morning[protected]. The envelope for my grandmother had a two inch slit in the side. The bag that had contained the necklace was inside the envelope, but empty, and had been slit open on the bottom. This is clearly a case of theft within the postal service. There has recently been a case in Wilton of a mail employee stealing residents funds, I feel it more likely happened in or near Wilton than in West Hartford, but I can only guess. Baby Noah won't be getting his teething beads!

my brother sent me a parcel for a byclycle pump from USA through USPS registerd on 30 nov 2010 which hasnt reac hed me. i even sent sommeone to foreign post office at delhi in their custom department to search but there is no such parcel.my bro has lost the traking number.what should i do-do i file a complaint with postal deptt here or else shud my bro do the same in the USA.

You are requested to look into the matter and get my books provided to me.
