Pan card was applied online for minor on 24th jun 17, which was received by utiitsl, new delhi on 27th jun 17. During on line application, no where it was mentioned to get sign of parents or representative. Most of the time the telephone nos are either busy or no body is responding. They informed to provide details on e-mail, same was provide. Again on 14th jul 17, application signed by mother was sent. But till today the card is not prepared.
