Applied for my son's PAN card on 23/Oct/2020 and after regular follow ups now since 1 month it shows "PROCESSED SUCCESSFULLY". I have neither received any sms/ email communication regarding the same. When enquired about PAN card dispatch I am getting all sorts of anwers like we have escalated this matter/ our system is down/ our representative will call etc with new ticket at each incidence. This is not acceptable, with out tracking ticket to logical closure, raising new ticket each time wont serve the purpose and I expect a prompt action by senior authority. I am tired following up and listening to stereotype answers.

          Pan card processing has been withheld

          I submitted my pan application for change of name few days back and now when i checked the status of it, its showing pan card has been withheld for processing. The objection remark is
          Objection marked - [ For Non-indian citizen UID num and UID verify Flag must be null. ]

          I have applied a Name Change Correction by submitting a proof as AADHAR Card. I need my name as per AADHAR but the status showing as withheld for processing since my name mismatch with ITD database. Am applying for name change correction only so there will be mismatch only kindly resolve my issue

              I applied for pan card e - kyc on utiitsl. Transaction is successfully completed and money 106.90 deducted from my account. After the transaction it shows a message "your digital pan application is rejected as uid demographic authentication is not exact match. Please apply through physical submition mode".

                              Hello Sir/Madam,

                              I am Maheshbhai Vasantlal Shah has applied for Pan card on March 20, 2020. But due to discontinured number on Aadhaar card I was not able to get OTP, hence requested for refund.

                              I had submitted hand written application and required documents and or details on 'UTI Support' on the same day that is March 20, 2020. My Application no:-N[protected] and Cancelation ticket number assigned by UTI are [#254268] [#432915] [#551075] [#428754].

                              I have followed many time asked to escalate the issue, but there is no positive response at all.

                                  I have applied for an individual pan for myself but later when the amount was paid and got deducted from the bank, then a window poped up on my screen saying this that my phone number is not linked to the adhar.

                                  I informed the customer care o[censored]tiitsl,,, they are asking for a coupon number which i could not note down and now when i requested for the latter...

                                  I am not being entertained in a positive manner whenever i call them everytime the executive (S) asks me to wait for three to four days...
                                  Now it as been long more than 10 days prior to this complain...
