Hi,

I have applied for the update of my wife's post marriage name on pan card on utiitsl website on 17/12/2019 (Application no - q[protected]. As website was showing demographic details not matched post having word with utiitsl customer care, i posted the required document through dtdc courier (Z[protected] on 31st dec 2019. Status for which is showing as delivered on 31st dec 2019 itself.

However pan details when tracked on website, still shows documents not received. Shared mails thrice to utiitsl customer care, just received a standard reply that your issue has been escalated to the concerned department, please support us in interim. On calls as well, they say the same thing.

    refund for pan card application

    I have applied on-line for a new pan vide in the ref1. 13 feb 2020 rhdf[protected]-billdkutiinfrastruct [protected] cited i have paid rs.106.90 /- by using my hdfc debit card cum atm pin on 13/02/2020.

    After make payment, for a long time.

    So, i cant' take print out.

    On that day i have applied another pan in the same name vide ack. No. N[protected] dt.13/02/2020. Hence i request to refund the...

      I have submitted an application for correction in spelliing in relation to my father;s name in pan card which was wrongly entered couple of years back.

      I have submitted all the documents that is required and it is more than 2 months and my status is still withheld for processing.

      I have called nearly 20 times till now to get updates, but everytime i call there is something new twist to the application and the customer care is really not helpful.

        I have applied for correction in pan details regarding father details mismatch. There is a simple clerical error.

        I have called nearly 20 times, submitted all the required documents and it is two months now, previously the status was pan objection cleared and data sent to itd for allotment and now it is again showing as withheld.

        Everytime i call utiitsl, there is something new or new documents to be submitted.

        This is really frustrating and bad customer service from utiitsl. Please help

        I have to call multiple times and speak to numerous customer service executives and ask them to connect to their floor supervisor, initially they kept saying that Supervisor is busy, but on insisting them several times, they do connect and speaking to Floor Supervisor couple of times will resolve the issue. But a constant follow up is required to get the work done.

          I've applied pan card through uti site with aadhar e-kyc.
          I've paid 106rs on 27th_jan-2020, during my aadhar authentication, it failed to authenticate my aadhar.

          I haven't received any coupon/application number, even to submit physical documents.
          I have raised 2 complaints so far and no response.
          Complaint numbers are #673599], #375019.
          They've looted my money and intentionally not giving back my coupon number after i submit all relevant details.

            I have applied for re issue of pan card for my sister and the soft copy has been attached for your reference. The application no is u-q[protected]. I have paid the application charges online and had opted for e-sign with adhaar card verification as well. But for some reasons i never got the adhaar otp to verify the same. I am now seeing the status as
            "your application in original (With physical documents) is not received yet. Verify with our utiitsl office at the address to which you have posted/submitted this physical application set."

            So, for this i have now twice submitted the physical copies of the application and supporting documents on jan 22, 2020 and jan 7, 2020 at the utiitsl office branch in ulsoor bangalore. Its full address : uti infrastructure technology and services limited, second floor, no 6 cambridge road, opp to st. Anns college, next to hdfc bank, halasuru, bangalore - 56000.

            When i ask the branch people, they tell me to contact the customer care and the customer care people asking me to contact the branch people where i have submitted the documents.

                I had submitted my application for changes in pan card in uti/nsdl counter in aaykar bhawan, near scope minar, laxmi nagar, east delhi, along with attested copies of aadhar card, passport, annexure-a duly attested by gazzetted officer, pan card copy, & an application. Mr. Rawat received my application & gave a receipt dated 20/01/2020 application no. U-g[protected]. Mr. Rawat, s contact no. Is [protected]. He has lost my aforesaid application & documents. Therefore the status on your website is showing " application incomplete. Please upload scanned documents. Mr. Rawat is neither attending me now properly nor responding & searching my application & documents. Utiisl customercare is showing themselves helpless in the matter & asking to file complaint. I am a senior citizen & having mental trauma due to loss of my application. I request you to enquire in the matter & help me in searching my application & documents & take necessary action.

                    Bsp bus travelled from bengaluru to coimbatore at 10.20 p. M from bengaluru.
                    I put phone for charger and in the morning the phone was missing.
                    By using google and found that phone was in komarapalyam and two of them got down in komarapalyam.
                    It is very clear that 2 of them would have taken. Bus operators refused to give their contacts. They are asking to register a complaint to police

                        Dear sir/ mam, i applied for name change in pan card in october 2019. I filled my online utiitsl pan name change application form and submitted to utiitsl office with required documents [ 1) online filled application form, 2) proof of dob, name, address (Adhar card) and 3) name change annexure - a form signed and attested by gazetted officer ]. I submitted the physical copy of each form on 21/10/2019. But utiitsl rejected my application by giving me reason that my father's name is mismatched. So wrote them a mail that i mistakenly filled my father's middle name in first name and i want to keep my father's name as income tax department data and i wrote application to utiitsl manager and sent them on email more than 15 times as told me to do. But utiitsl is not processing my application since last 3 month. I have called on their call center for more them 50 times but they always say me that they will process it but they are not. So kindly help me in this please. I am able to do any of work without my pan card. Please do something. Please help me in this. I have given my appication details here below

                            Sir maine pan ke liye apply kiya tha but sir mera bank se transaction ho gya but application form submit nhi huaa aur transaction failed show ho gya.

                              I Sumita Padhy applied for correction of date of birth and spell change in father's name downloading forms and submitting with all necessary documents and fees of RS 500 to pan India Delhi office on 25.11.19, pan card was issued without making any correction and same was returned back to UTIITSL, Mumbai on 30.12.19 for making necessary necessary corrections and sending it again but in stead of solving problem and sending correct PAN card, Calcutta customer care unit sending irrelevant replies since last 15 days, requested to solve problem and ensure sending of correct PAN card

                                    My PAN card is now under processing. I provided again my documents where my name and my father's name is mentioned correctly with an application written to UTIITS mentioning what needed to correct. Next day it's showing that my PAN card is under processing.
