I have applied for correction of my name and fathers name in PAN CARD, but when i checked for status it showed objection.

Objection Reason Objection marked - [ NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN ITD DATA AND APPLICATION DATA, FATHER NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN ITD DATA AND APPLICATION DATA ].

Kindly check my two attachment.4 years ago i applied a pan card but not revive the pan card that's why i reapply new pan card then new pan card i revived but the new pan card dob is wrong when i try to make correction of new pan card which i have revived then the correction status is given below.
I want to cancel my old pan card which i am not received and make correction of my new pan card.

Please solve my matter as early as possible
Also i visited 3-4 times it office and pan card office from last 2 years
Right now i am facing issue to return my itr and my all other financial works also to be obstruct.

On 19/10/2019. Kindly deliver my pan card to right address as soon as possible. My address is 446 derdi nadi ki dhaniya kakelow jodhpur rajasthan 342027 please deliver my pan card soon as possible.

I have recently applied for the new pan card and done payment for 2 times because it failed for the 1st time and i haven't got the refund and asking to pay. And i want refund for the 1st payment and the otp for aadhhar verification is also not reached to me. 5/11/2019

I have applied for a pan card on 31/10/2019 at about 11 p. M.
My application coupon number is [n[protected]].
When i tracked my pan card by application coupon number there was shown a note which was to use regenerate online option so i did that but when i enter my application coupon number there was shown another note which says the information in aadhar card did not match with information which was given by me but i filled up the application through aadhar based e-kyc method and that note also included that i should apply for pan card by physical submition mode.
So now i am enable to get my pan card and i want to get refund of my payment.

I had applied for new pan card and after the payment of 106.90 rupees on the date 22/10/2019 through my debit card
After the payment the application got rejected due to demographic authentication doesn't match so later the amount which i paid did not get refund.
Please make the refund fast

I did not save pan application no dt, 23/10/2019. I have applied on-line for a new pan in above cited i have paid rs.106.9/- by using my city debit card after make payment, for a long time system plays web page is not available. Hence i request to refund the amount debited from my a/c.

I can give applicant name and my transaction details from bank. But i do not have pan application no saved.

Pan processing coupon number — q[protected]. And past six month I'm hearing the same dialogs from all of them that. "your application have forwarded to mumbai office for fast procesing. Please wait for few days". But few days changed to few month and going to be a year now.

The acknowledgement number couldn't be generated. After submitting the change request form for pan card, i was directed to the payment page where the payment processed. However, acknowledgement number was not provided.

This transaction was done on 23 oct 2019 at 11:51 am. The contact number and the email id provided on the payment page was [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com respectively.
