I have applied for a name correction in my pancard a year back and i'm continuosly communicated with utiitsl customer care but they have not resolved my issue yet. On past 6 month i have communocated with followng customer care

Pan processing coupon number — q[protected]. And pas six month i'm hearing the same dialogs from all of them that. "your application have forwarded to mumbai office for fast procesing. Please wait for few days". But few days changed to few month actualy and going to be a year now.

I had filled my pan card application in utiitsl. Now when i tracking my pan card, it is showing that your application is processed successfully but pan card is not printed due to improper photo/signature your e-pan card has been sent successfully to your registered email:

I have applied for new pan card through utiitsl online but after making payment the application is cancelled due to mismatch of mobile no. That is linked in aadhar card. So please refund my amount as soon as possible.

Sir,
I applied for e-pan card on uti itsl but i couldnt complete my transaction due to network failure but the money was deducted and my online registration status on e-pan card is incomplete and asking for further transaction. I need the refund of the amount since the process has failed.

I have attached all documents to uti infrastructure technology and services limited, mumbai for correction in my pan card on 19/09/2019. When i have tracked applciation status showing "application is withheld for processing due to incomplete details / documentary proof. Please contact to the pan centre where pan application submitted".

Please let me know if any documents i missed.

REF : 1. My on-line PAN Application No: N[[protected]] Dt, 12/09/1998. 2.My mail dt.07/10/2019. I have applied on-line for a new PAN Vide in the REF1.above cited I have paid Rs.106/-(2times ) by using my SBI DEBIT CARD @8.57 P.M & @10.8 on 07/10/2019. After make Payment, for a long time i.e. after 10.09 P.M. system plays Your pan Card request is rejected. Hence I request to refund the amount Debited from my A/c of Rs.212/-(2 Times payment ) for the Ref.1 PAN Application.

Since my application is rejected a refund of rs.106.90 has not credited to my account till now.

I applied for correction of pan card. Aadhar demographic verify is very needed for application of pan card.. But they asked me for payment before demographic verify.. After payment my demographic verify was failed due to date of birth.. They website doesnot giving me chance to re entry or reapply..
I have paid rs. Of 107.. But they does not furnd and they does not giving a chance to reapply.
Its a totally fraud company br...

My application U-Q[protected] for correction in pan card is withheld because Father name is mismatched between Income tax data and Application data. I crosschecked the application form. My father name is correct. Enclosed is the aadhar card to validate the same

I raised this application to update my aadhar card and mobile number. Requesting you all to please release the card....

Myself T C LALTHLAMUANA. and i have been informed that my pan card is withheld from processing. Objection Reason : Objection marked – [Applicant’s Name Title not valid]. That’s way I already contacted you so many time through Email, You told me that Submit your Document ( i.e. Aadhhar Card, Voter I.D., PAN Application Acknowledgement Receipt) for processing in my pan card. I’ve already sent you but there is no good news/ good result. I’m very very angry, because of that PAN Application is on 10/04/2017. Please let me know the necessary formalities to complete the processing of my pan card.

Dear whomsoever concern,
I applied for my new pan card on 23rd august, 2019 from panind website. Now when i checked my status using my order id i. E., "mu-[protected]n", i got a coupon number to track my pan status. When i entered the coupon number, my date of birth, and other details under utiitsl website, my pan status showed that "application is incomplete. Please upload the documents (Scanned images)". Kindly know me, what scanned documents are to be submitted and where. It's taking a very long time. I attached all the documents as till i know. But still i didn't get my pan number. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible and know me what documents are required and where to submit them. Coupon number and other details are attached below.

I applied for a pan card on 10 sep 2019 and I fill all the details required and I submit the forum. After submitting of forum they take me to the payment page and i paid INR106.90. After payment is successful they said(notification on website) that your details are not matching and they cancel the form but my money not refunded yet.

I think that there was a some problem last time so on september12, 2019 I again applied for pan. But this time also they deduct money and send same notification.

So I request you to please refund my money as early as possible. So that I use it.

I am Rajivgandhi D applied for my PAN name correction and submitted documents on 5th Sep 2019. Application number MC00084973.
I was informed that my request will be processed the next day but till now it was not taken care. I have called UTIITS guidy branch many time and there was no proper response and Mr Rajesh is disconnecting the call or placing on mute for almost 30min and when call back he saying he forgot to inform me to call me later. I request to educate Rajesh about customer handling skill.
Also I request to complete my process.

I have not received my pan card and it has been 4 months. Uti states that the pan card is out for delivery but postman has not yet delivered.
My consignment number is - rm[protected]in.
I believe 4 months is not require to deliver the pan card. Post office should understand how important a pan card is and this is unbelievable.
I have contacted the postman and have also shared the consignment number with him and i did not get any update

I had applied for new pan card in utiitsl website on[protected] under aadhar based e-kyc and all demographic details had been verified with aadhar database and i had been given the application coupon number u-n[protected] and i had downloaded the signed e-kyc application. After that when i checked the status on utiitsl website it shows "no record found", it was a greater disappointment. I thought of reapplying with nsdl, but as per income tax no more than one pan should be applied. Please confirm the status of my application.

My pan card was successfully processed and dispatched on 22-aug however i am yet to get my physical pan card to my communication address. When i sent an email to uti they just sending an email that your pan card has been dispatched to your communication address. I called post office department they said details not found. My consignment number is eq[protected]in. Please help me to get my pan card.

We have applied for a pan card on 08/08/2019 and their was a pan card error (Failed) so we could not get our pan card application with reference number:- va[protected], processed we made a payment of rupees 106.90 through pay*payu money gurgaon and our money is still not refunded.
Please look into this matter as quickly as possible and do the neeedful at the earliest.
