Dear sir,
I have applied for a new pan card in the name of natheer hisham alkatib which dispatched our address on march 2019. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after checking the website, i was shown that it has been returned to your office

Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.

And i was successfully completed and paid through billdesk (Credit card) and my credit card account debited with rs 107, later it shown transaction successful but repeated again regenerate your application, but i did not noted the acknowldgement number and also din not received my mail id or mobile no...[protected]... Please tell me one thing if the application was submitted and hard copy printed then how it is possible that the poi/podm/poa is blank.

Please resolve the issue or tell me the next process what should we do.

I applying for pan card online from uti app fees is debited Rs 107 but there is no uti office to submit my application after to days I go to nsdl branch where Branch excutive ask me uti and nsdl both are different and nsdl not accept uti application physically so i pay again for pan application Rs 107+40Rs extra charges for applying

We was applying for pan card on dated 24 February, 2019 and maked payment for this process. My balance has been debited from my account but not complete the process of payment. it did not successful but the amount has not been credit in my account yet. please solve this issue.
