My online pan application no:u-q[protected]. I have paid 107/- by using my debit card bank reference no. [protected] on 22/01/2019. So, due to name mismatch with name correction and with income tax section. So i want to stop my application. Hence plz i request to refund my money to my a/c no:[protected] icici bank, mohopada branch. My mobile no. [protected].

I have submitted online correction form throgh umang app for changing display name / full name in pan card.

Becuase my name and aadhar name have full name mismatch.
Pan card : firstname middlename lastname
Aadhar :- lastname firstname middlename

Due to this issue i am not able do add kyc of pan card in epfo account.
So i have submitted online correction/change...

I have applied for a pan card in the month of january 2019 vide pan number bzipc9179g. I have not received any card till date. But the tracking status shows that card is delivered. Request you to issue the card immediately, the postman delivered my card to some other person not me please protect the details or re-issue my card and take immediate action on that postman. My pan card is showing dispatched since 7th feb thru indian post under docket number - rm60315867in which is yet not delivered. No any information at indian postal web tracking. Utitsl and indian post both are cheating with customers. So many customers are having same complaint. Need confirmation of this on my mobile number [protected]

I have had applied for pan card online for my mom through their site, i did upload her aadhaar card as the dob and the address proof, that said the uploaded application doesn't match, and i was unable to regenerate the application, i don't know why, i have mailed them on this, but still there is no action has been taken against it. I have shared the aadhaar card to the mail, please look into this asap and make the correction accordingly, else please do initiate the refund of rupees 106.

On 31st december 2018, i, saurabh gulati, tried applying for epan card from utiitsl site and requested for physical card as well. I applied for mrs. Raj arora. I paid the amount rs. 106.90/- via my citi bank credit card. But due to some reason the aadhar verification failed and the application got rejected.

Once this failure occurred from your site, i thought of applying the same from nsdl site as well (Same date 31st dec 2018). From their site as well i paid the amount (Rs. 106.90/-), same details of pan, same mode of payment and the application got rejected with same reason. The next page it navigated to said i'll get the refund. And i also got the refund in few days (3rd jan 2019). Refer screenshot of my card statement.

I did not receive any refund for my application. The regenerate option is telling me to apply pan via physical submission. I also mailed to utiitsl but they are refusing to provide the refund. Please help.

Claim under uti scup cert. No[protected] for rs 126288 submitted on 17/10/2018. Was informed that claim will be settled in about 90 days by niac through uti itsl office at guindy, chennai-. Its now more than 90 days. What is the status of my claim? When am i getting the reimbursement? I am a 72 year old woman. Please register my complaint and proceed to enquire. Thanks

I have two ars bond from uti. I am trying to contact the customer care but it's not responding. And when i called the new delhi's branch numbers. They are all unreachable. I also tried to mail them but there servers are not responding. I want to know the status of these as they have matured or are still valid.

Actually the applicant uses her left hand thumb impression instead of signature everywhere on the application form.
The pan card successfully reached at pan delhi center, and when i tracked pan card status few days ago it was showing "application is withheld for processing due to incomplete details / documentary proof. Please contact to the pan centre where pan application submitted".
I submitted aadhar card and voter id card for dob proof, identity proof, and address proof.
Please help me because none of their phone numbers are responding.
