Dear sir im apply for my pan correction online by utiitsl.com application no. Q[protected] for dob change & my payment of 107 is successfully debit frm my bank account then uti said me plz submit documents & application form by physically in our pan pdc incharge address and my all documents successfully delivered b4 6days inpan pdc kolkata address but im track online my correction address uti not update my status currently show me plz submit ur documents physically plz help me & plz send me details of my pan correction status

My pan card was withheld for processing due to mismatch on display name, the same correction was sent and it's been more than 50 days still the status is not updated. I was not able to get any response on this.

I have applied for duplicate pan card in first week of may and they have informed me it will take 25 days from the date of submitting all the document. Now they are saying below point.

Utiitsl is saying my details about father name is incorrect.

Objection marked - [ father name fields have an initial in the first name. Enter the complete first name., father name mismatch between itd data and application data ].

But when i check the details both itd data and application data are same.

I have posted my pan card application to the address o[censored]ti chennai and its been 3 days my document has been recived to chennai uti but when i open the uti website to tracm my pan it is showing following message :
Your application in original (With physical documents) is not received yet. Verify with our utiitsl office at the address to which you have posted/submitted this physical application set.

With reference to the above subject, i would like to inform you that i prasanth madhusudhanan, resident of the following address vysakham (Alummootil), adinadu sounth, kattilkadavu p o, karunagappally, kollam had applied for pan card. They said pan card was dispatched to the above address on time by the authorities. Unfortunately i was out of station along with my family while the said pan card reached to our post office. The post office staff kept those card with them for few days and they visited regularly to our home for the delivery of the same. After few days they return back to that pan card to the senders address because of our absents.. Hence i would like to request you to kindly re send the pan card to our address. Dear sir,
I had applied for new pan (Application number: u-n[protected] on 27/02/2017 through online aadhaar based e-sign. For this i have paid rs.112.75/- for one pan application successfully. But i'm unable to verified the aadhaar:[protected] by otp on mobile. Every time when i enters the otp for verification, which is sent on my mobile no.: [protected], verification can not be done. Many times i've contacted customer care mumbai, but every times it gets busy.
Afterwards i have affixed the photo on print form and attached supporting document for proof as aadhaar card copy. I have sent them by speed post with article no: eu[protected]in, which has been delivered to mumbai office address on 01/04/2017. Again send the mail in this regard to utiitsl.
In this regard utiitsl replied me on 22/04/2017 that "kindly note necessary action would be taken at our end for the resolution of case, subject to verification of records and documents submitted."

Now when i checked the status, utiitsl show an objection that"no mobile number is registered with your aadhaar record" and advice me to send the application for processing with physical documents.

Again in this regard i had sent a mail to utiitsl on 12/05/2017 as "very bad service by the customer executive officer of your's office. As after trying many times call was connected at navi mumbai office, customer executive officer disconnect my call without hearing my problem.in this subject i were checked my pan application and the status was"your pan application with aadhaar based e-sign option has not been accepted. Use regenerate online option to complete and submit your application for processing with physical documents."and the objection reason was"no mobile number is registered with your aadhaar records".
As previously i had sent the physical form with supporting document by speed post with article no: eu[protected]in to you and delivered to mumbai office address on 01/04/2017 as i'm unable to do aadhaar based e-sign option. But no action taken in this regard by you.
So kindly refund my money into my bank at earliest as now i'll try for pan application at collection center."
But after sending the remainder on 01/06/2017 till date no one responding me and also i have not got my money into the bank account till date..

I m filled online application of pan card & make payment through online but we not take acknowledgment print because my computer is hang. So i m trying to take duplicate acknowledgment but company not to be response properly and
I m mailed to company 2 times and daily calling 5 or 6 times.

Please help me and refund my amount or duplicate acknowledgment

None of the phone numbers are working. Always says ts busy. And some times some numbers gives ring and then says 'the customer is not responding to any call"for 2 weeks.

How much time they are taking.
Almost 2 n half month completed when I have processed the application.
What these people's are doing.

Data entry official should be careful while entering the data.
