I sent an application to "uti infrastructure technology and services ltd" for the renewal of my pan card because of change of my residential address in december 2016.

My application was processed by them and their website mentions that the new pan card was delivered in february 08, 2017 (08/02/2017) to my residential address.

But i never received it. After three weeks of waiting, i promptly informed them via email that i didn't receive it. There were few email exchanges and i supplied them all the information they needed. Now they have stopped responding to my email communication. My application number is : q[protected].

I have to say that, when i am filling online PAN card form there were problem in internet was disturb, while there are a problem is there in form that my fathers name was filled wrong. it shown when i print after payment. I have applied a new one application.

I have also withdraw the same application not sent to submit UTI. Please return my payment of Rs. 107/- in my account. I shall be highly thanking you for this act of kindness.

I have applied online for correction/changes in PAN card in February 2017. And sent all the documents and application form via normal post. After 2 weeks also the my application shows no documents received yet. Again I speed post all documents from Mumbai to Navi Mumbai on 10th March 2017 at 10:17:55 and Item dispatched on same day. Item received at Konkan Bhavan S.O. on 11th March 2017 at 09:38:24 and delivered at 13:59:00 at it destiny. but the UTI status shows that the documents haven't received yet.

I have also complaint in post office and its no is [protected].
Please help to find out where the problem is???

I applied for PAN in Oct'16. Internet Status checking facility says that due to insufficient address it returned back. I have again applied for the same PAN on 15.02.2017 with my actual corrected address and this time my coupon number is U[protected].. Now would like to know the status. Please let me know whether it has been mailed it or not. I would like to have quick response.

I'm work in Axis Bank LTD they asked me every day where is your pan card, from last 2 months he gave me salary with cheques and this time they told me, you can't submit your pan number then we hold your salary.

I have submitted pan applications through using Aadhaar e-KYC option.
But after the successful submission, when I tracking with the given
application/coupon numbers, it shows that I need to send those
applications physically to the nearest UTI center.

so here are my questions

Do I really need to send those applications physically to your center?

Then whats is the benefit of Adhaar e-KYC option or what is the
meaning of paperless?

I have applied for new pan around 40 days ago. I tracked uti sited and came to know they have allotted number FARPK8078Q. But they are not sending the card to me. i tried to call uti number but no body is lifting. I have sent around 20 e-mails but no reply. i called aayakar sampark kendra(ASK) several times but they are not helping at all and suggesting to call uti. what i need to do i need pan card immediately. I am facing so many problems...

With due respect want to inform you that, I have applied for online PAN through Utitsl portal on 09/02/2017, COUPON NO. N[protected]. It's payment of Rs. 112.75/- has been successfully completed and also sent the physical documents through India Post (Consignment Number - EE[protected]IN, DATED - 09/02/2017) in Kolkata office and according to India Post it was delivered on 13/02/2017.
But unfortunately, till date its showing "Not Received" on UTITSL portal. I badly need PAN Number at the earliest. Please look into the matter urgently and let me clear. Also sending attachment file, please explore them. My email address is - [protected]@outlook.com

Applied on 1/1/17. The earth has gone through 74 days orbit but still the company has no time to verify the proof.The government should remove this company from accepting application forms for Pan card. Also time limit and penalty clause should be made on company for deficiency of service.

My father applied the pan card around 2 month before still we no receive the pan card, i check the status its showing application has been marked for duplicate verification and is under clearance (The screen chart i attached below). Maine online Pan card correction ka form fill kiya hai. Aur payment bhi online kiya hai. Mere nam me aur signature change karna hai. Maine form Aur documents uti belapur courier kiya hai.DT. 27/2/17 ko. With Maruti courier. But. Maine online status check kiya to. Documents not received ka massage ata hai. I have applied online new pan card and send all required papers through speed post and after checking the status on line found the text as :Application is withheld for processing due to incomplete details / documentary proof. Accordingly. I tried to contact UTI office personals as per phone nos. displayed on internet but always I find all the phones with busy tone.
Then i sent a msg by email and after some day receive msg on my email Thumb impression should be attested by gazette officer only OR Notary .

then i Thumb impression attested by gazette officer and attested form with all docs color scan copy send by mail.
but next day, i have receive mail from pan office dehli.mail show in bracket

This objection has been marked wrongly at our end. Actual objection is that DOB proof is not attach with application.
Kindly provide us DATE OF BIRTH PROOF such as school matriculation certificate, driving license, passport, birth certificate, pension payment order, marriage cert issued by registrar of marriages, domicile certificate and Affidavit sworn before a magistrate stating the date of birth, Adhar card, voter id cards CGHS, ECHS card and id card issued by the central government or state government having date of birth.

I applied pan card through uti pan services and sent the documents through registered post to chennai office (Uti infrastructure technology and services limited, d-1, first floor, thiru-via-ka industrial estate guindy chennai -600032). The post also delivered on 28/1/2017. But still the status on the website shows the physical documents have not recieved and call the respective contact numbers. I was trying for last 2 months, no one picks the call and no response to emails. One of the worst service i have ever seen. My coupon number is u-q[protected].

Request some immediate action on this to know the status of the same.

I also sent all of my document with pan application hard copy to Pan PDC In-charge kolkata region. My allotted pan no is DKUPP6802E. They dispatched it through registered mail ID RM[protected]IN on 14/02/2017. I have not received it till today. I track it but this item delivered on 23/12/2016. How can it possible? I hope it is not a valid ID no. I ringed them many times. But they did not received my phone call. So please tell me sir, what can i do in this situation.
Please help me as soon as possible so that I can get may pan card very soon. This card is very important for me.
