My PAN application was sent on 31st to UTI Office, Chennai. I made the payment online and sent the hardcopy of documents vi speed post. As per the consignment details, the packet was delivered yesterday. I had made two online payments as there was some issue with the website on 30th Jan 2017 and could not get the acknowledgment. So a new application was sent on a blank form downloaded from website.

While applying the PAN card through online using UTIITSL website, i made the payment in online but the transaction got failed and the amount got deducted from my bank account. I have confirmed with the payment gateway that the transaction was successfully processed from their end. Kindly look into this and refund the same. Thanks in advance.
