Dear Sir,
I applied for pan card online on 14/01/2017 through this link https://www.utiitsl.com/UTIITSL_SITE/site/pan/
I also sent all of my document with pan application hard copy to Pan PDC In-charge kolkata region. My allotted pan no is DKUPP6802E. They dispatched it through registered mail ID RM[protected]IN on 14/02/2017. I have not received it till today. I track it but this item delivered on 23/12/2016. How can it possible? I hope it is not a valid ID no. I ringed them many times. But they did not received my phone call. So please tell me sir, what can i do in this situation.
Please help me as soon as possible so that I can get may pan card very soon. This card is very important for me.

I Applied pan card on 17/2/2017 but till date now i didn't any confirmation messages and mail also i applied UTI infrastructure technology and services limited, D-1, First Floor, Thiru-via-ka Industrial Estate Guindy chennai -600032

I have applied and corrected the PAN card but still not received the physical documents for your status but i have already courier No.C72965914 dated 17.01.2017. How days i will received the PAN card please help me and most urgent.

I am rajesh Kumar having pancard BQJPK3853K in which my father's name is wrong, i had applied for correction in father's name mycoupon number is[protected].I had send all required documents i.e PASSPORT, AADHAAR, VOTER ID, DRIVING LICENSE, MATRICULATION CERTIFICATE, GRADUATION DEGREE, POST GRADUATION DEGREE, after that uti asking for gazette notification, and my question is why should I notify in gazette when my biological father name is everywhere.

I had applied for PAN Card in the month of January but still I did not receive any card or letter. But I got my PAN card No through e mail. After that I re-applied three times till now, but the applications got rejected, I don’t know the reason for rejecting, I dint receive any letter till now. Now I re applied 4th time in this month (april-2017) appln no – g[protected] please let me know the status.

I had applied for the PAN card on 27th Jan 2017 followed by physical documents. However when I was checking portal for status more than two weeks and the status was that Physical Application was not received yet. So After two weeks, I sent the application and document one more time as I doubt that Indian Post Service might have lost it. But even after sending documents for the second time, the status is same.

In the meantime, I dropped an email to enquire about the application status but in vain. There is no reply to the email also. I have sent reminder email but still, there is no response. I feel I made a mistake to apply for PAN card to UTI, it's better service at NSDL.

I regret my mistake.
Please, someone pay attention and get the application processed.
As banks are not accepting loan application without a pan card am really stuck and frustrated.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for re-issue of PAN card Vide# Application Number:U-Q[protected], Dated-11-Nov-16 & It is highly disappointing that till now I have not received my PAN Card. I have mailed multiple times to PAN Authority but there is no action taken till now. The customer care number are really useless, none of the given phone number is working.

Request to kindly provide a solution at the earliest.

Its been more than 3 months & with our country moving towards digitization. Such delay is not permitted at all.

My PAN application was sent on 31st to UTI Office, Chennai. I made the payment online and sent the hardcopy of documents vi speed post. As per the consignment details, the packet was delivered yesterday. I had made two online payments as there was some issue with the website on 30th Jan 2017 and could not get the acknowledgment. So a new application was sent on a blank form downloaded from website.

The consignment id of India post is EK[protected]IN

I am unable to reach the via their toll free number nor they respond to my queries via emails.

Sir i am ANGURAJ KAMARAJ from Karur, Tamil Nadu. I had applied PAN Card correction through eMudhra Limited (PAN Services) on 29/12/2016 (EMudhra Application Ref No.[protected] dt.29/12/2016) and the same was approved by them on 04/02/2017. Received the mail stated that the application has been forwarded to UTI-ITSL for further processing on 04/02/2017 vide Coupon Number.[protected]. While checking the status of my application with UTI-ITSL website it shows that “Record not found”. Kindly looking to this and do the needful.
