While applying the PAN card through online using UTIITSL website, i made the payment in online but the transaction got failed and the amount got deducted from my bank account. I have confirmed with the payment gateway that the transaction was successfully processed from their end. Kindly look into this and refund the same. Thanks in advance. I have sent mails to the respective branch lot many times but i haven't received even a single reply. It would be great if you can help me in any ways

REF : 1. My on-line PAN Application No: N1144328 Dt, 07/01/2017. I have applied on-line for a new PAN card in the REF1.above .I have paid Rs.107/- by using my CBI DEBIT CARD @2.25 P.M on 07/01/2017. After make Payment, for a long time. system plays blank form. So, I cant' take print out. On that day I have applied another PAN Application No: N[protected] Dt, 07/01/2017 .I have paid Rs.107/- by using my CBI DEBIT CARD @3.36 P.M on 07/01/2017. same problem has been faced. Hence I request to refund the amount Debited from my A/c of Rs.107 + 107 for the Ref.1&2 for failing PAN Application.

I have applied for correction in my initial in PAN card along with Aadhar card for verification. While checking status I am getting below message.
How should I proceed to get resolved this?

This is to inform you that I, Tushar Kumar Singh, Application No.: N[protected], have made a complete payment of Rs 107 that has been debited from my account but following that I am unable to regenerate the form. ON going to the "Regenerate form" option I get a message stating "There is some problem. Try again later." I have been retrying for quite some time now but for no result. I am in sheer need of my PAN card so I request you to look into this matter and reply asap as to what can I do in this regard.

Hi Team,
I had raised a request for reissue of duplicate Pan card with baring the coupon no[protected] by a local agent. Now when i checked the status in the uti portal its saying Objection marked - [ NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN ITD DATA AND APPLICATION DATA, FATHER NAME MISMATCH BETWEEN ITD DATA AND APPLICATION DATA ]. but when clicked the link the data is same in the application and in the ITD but the gender is not mentioned in the ITD.
Kindly advice if i need to submit any specified document to resolve the issue.

Pan card issued to me in october first week (CPWPD2274J), coupon no (U-G[protected] was not delivered as i was out of town. Have sent written request throu my agent for delivery at the same address again. But have not yet received any communication about the same. All my bank activities are on the hold as i have turned major now and have to get my accounts activated by submitting my pan card. Pls arrange to send my pan card on the address mentioned in the application form, at the earliest.

I have applied for Correction/Change in PAN card details through Samanta Communications Private Limited, Chennai vide Customer Code: A0888632 and Coupon No.[protected]. It has been intimated by M/s Samanta Communications Private Limited, Chennai on 01.12.2016 that my application has been filed with the authorities on 01-Dec-2016 and I should track the status of my application after 7/10 days on link http://www.myutiitsl.com/PAN_ONLINE/trackApp.

But till date no records are available on above link wrt. my application. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do needful to process the case. I have paid requisite fee for the same.

I applied for pan on 10-11-16. Now when i check the status of my pan card
It shows the message "verification pending due to dpr resolution".
There is an urgent need of the pan card as i have to produce it before state bank of india regarding my job.

I sent my application for pan card along with documents a week ago to their. The status of my application online still reads document not received. I tried calling them regarding the problem but none of their 4 numbers connect. Neither have i got any reply to my complaint mail. I have tried everything short of marching in there with my application. I am worried that this just might be a scam. Is this the official government body for pan or just another agent service? Please help.

My application coupon no: u[protected] was dispatched with speed post no: eq[protected]in recd in lodhi road post office, but due home locked, the consignment was send back to utiitsl delhi office. On 18/11/2016. Contacted on customer care, informed that the same has been recd back but the lodhi road office intimated that the same was send back to utiitsl office on 18/11/2016. Utiitsl customer care informed that for re-dispatch, request for re-dispatch.
So it is requested that my pan card may please be re-dispatch at the earliest.

PAN Card Re-dispatch request vide Application U[protected]

Here with i bring to your kind notice that i had applied for a new PAN Card in the name of GANGARAM D which was dispatched to my corresponding address in the month of November. I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as I was out of my town and my Home door was found locked when the local Post Man reached my Home. Later, after couple of days I contacted the Post Man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

But i have not received it till date.

I have checked it in the pan tracker website where it is showing as status is (Your application in original is not received yet. Verify with our utiitsl office at the address to which you have posted/submitted this physical application set).

But i have submitted all the required documents through speed post (Rt[protected]in) on 15th november 2016, to the pan office at guindy-chennai. And the post is delivered on 17 nov 2016. But still i have not received any call or intimation from pan service provider.

Therefore, i would request your good self to kindly look into this matter urgently and do the needful as soon as possible.
