First uti is very very very bad company if i would get to rate them i would rate 0 they are fraud just taking money of every one for me the first income tax raid would be on them frauds i am trying to apply for pan from a month and everytime there is a obejction customer care is also worst they dont know what to say what to do just doing their job and getting money to talk rubbish i need refund as soon as possible my application number is...

Hello Sir,

I have applied for pan correction change request via utiitsl website, after filling all required details through utiitsl payment has been deducted but got error message and the application is not submitted.

Could you please help me to get refund for the amount deducted.

This application is pending for nearly 9 months. No response for multiple emails. I have sent required inputs and clarifications already.

I had applied for correction of full Name on 26th Nov 2021 with phsyical verification and documents with Coupon no. Q[protected] and submitted the documents to Belapur office through courier. Then i mailed on utiitsl.[protected]@utiitisl.com on 15th Dec 2021 for acknowledgement but till the date i have not recieved a single revert on it.

I want to refund my amount for payment of e-sign but the server issue the e sign not acceptable I want to reapply for EKYC new application so kindly accept my refund request....

I have been trying to apply for the correction E-PAN using adhaar based esign generation. However after i made the payment successfully, the esign generation fail is occurring repeatedly even if i give proper OTP i get on the Adhaar linked mobile number. Kindly let me know how can this be resolved. Do i need to reapply through other website? Will my amount be refund?

After the transaction it shows a message "your digital pan application is rejected as uid demographic authentication is not exact match. Please apply through physical submition mode".

My amount is still not refunded. How to get the Amount.

I have sent my documents throw Aramex Courier to UTI infrastructure technology to Chennai. They received my documents but still there is no update regard my pan card.
