2.change in address ( since after marriage my residence address changed)
3.new signature (since my signature changed after marriage)

I had submitted a duly completed form with the complete documentation and processing fees to uti pan card sevices in borivali west on 22nd May 2012 and I was told i will receive the updated pan card in 15 days.However, it has been over 15 days...and i have still not received it...this is frustrating!!please ensure this is sent to me..also i do not have a tracking number on my acknowledgement by which i can track the progress..

Re-applied for PAN Card through Mudhra PAN Card Support Team. Once the documents were passed on the UTIITSL, we received a mail from Mudhra giving the tracking No. The tracking status for more than a month was showing under process with UTI. Mudhra could not help much after this. We finally tracked on the UTI web site and got to know that the PAN was printed and forwarded through speed post with consignment note no..RM[protected]IN/25.1.2017. Till date we have not received the post.

Mudhra provided us with the contact details o[censored]TI, Chennai and Bombay. Unfortunately, these nos. are always engaged or not being answered.

The consignment note details shows the delivery date as 25th nov 2016. (copy attached). Copy o[censored]TI tracking is also attached.

Now we do not know whom to contact... would be very grateful if some one could help us sort this issue out.

I had redeemed 441.696 units amounting to Rs 7199/- on 10 Dec 07. My Folio No is [protected]. Till date i have not received my redeemed amount. When i wrote to them, they asked for a letter o[censored]ndertaking for issue of duplicate cheque where i am supposed to get a certificate from my banker that they havenot received or credited a particular cheque No. But the UTI is not providing me the details of the cheque No. which they were supposed to have sent to me. Please advise me as to what i can do to get my money back.

I had applied for PAN Card and in turn received the same within 15 Days. In the application I have wrongly mentioned as HUF instead of Individuals. For this correction I have submitted the application along with card and Photograph at M/S. Unit Trust Of India, T.P.K Road, Madurai on 03.12.2003 itself.

I am yet to receive the card after the necessary amendment. While I enquired the local office where I have submitted the card, they informed us that they have sent the card to your good office and also asked to contact your good selves for further proceedings.

In this connection i have written 2 letters dated: 14/04/2004 & 25/01/2005 to your following address;i did not get the card back till date

Dear Sir,

I had applied for the PAN card vide application no[protected], coupen no[protected]. Till date I have not received my PAN no. There were several follow ups on mail but still did not get the appropriate response from them. Also it's invain calling them on their phone no because no one picks the phone up. The status on their site is showing that courier was dispatched on 02 nov 2007. They have no proof to say that it was delivered on the corrospondence address.

Would be happy if someone can assist me with my query & will be happy to see my PAN no wiht me soon.

Please consider this mail as a cry for help! I am very upset with the services o[censored]TI TSL Navi Mumbai branch and UTI TSL in general. I fail to understand how can you send documents as important as a PAN card with any unrealiable couriers!!!

My PAN card (ALPPA9839B) as per your records was dispatched on 7th march but hasn’t reached me till date. All attempts to contact UTI / A1 courier has been in vain. The courier guys’ contact number are always switched off – for all the branches across Mumbai!! I wonder why you don’t send it through more reliable couriers or even Indian postal department??

UTI TSL holds the onus of hassle free and timely delivery of these PAN cards, if the customer has to follow up every day 10 times, without any fruitful outcome – then I have serious doubts on your customer service. I must say – I never had this bad an experience with any service provider in the country. Even the typical government departments we always curse, are far better.

Please consider this mail as a cry for help! I am very upset with the services o[censored]TI TSL Bangalore branch and UTI TSL in general. I fail to understand how can you send documents as important as a PAN card with any unrealiable couriers!!!

My PAN card (AVEPD2296G) as per your records was dispatched on 27th april 2010 but hasn’t reached me till date. All attempts to contact UTI / A1 courier has been in vain. The courier guys’ contact number are always switched off – for all the branches !! I wonder why you don’t send it through more reliable couriers or even Indian postal department??

UTI TSL holds the onus of hassle free and timely delivery of these PAN cards, if the customer has to follow up every day 10 times, without any fruitful outcome – then I have serious doubts on your customer service. I must say – I never had this bad an experience with any service provider in the country. Even the typical government departments we always curse, are far better.

my name is vijay kumar. my father, s name is Rajnandan singh.
my date of birth is[protected]. i applied for pan card in may 2007, but i did not receive or got any information about that.
then i consulted to the concerned person at bajaj capital house, nehru place branch( new delhi), where i applied for PAN card. He told that you have to apply again. so, i applied again on 29 feb. 2008, but unfortunately i am not getting my pan card status.
my application form no. is[protected] and coupon no. is[protected].
please give me the information about my pan card status on my email or on my address.

Lost all my hopes for PAN card now .. it has been more than 2 yrs now ( hell lot of mail and calls)
but no positive response by UTITSL side. I think they have common reply "send duly signed letter..."

In every buget Finance minister say without PAN card you can not do and that .. but they are not thinking for giving the PAN CARD first.

Useless number "Contact Nos.[protected]/01/02/03/06" where no body picks the phone.
I dont what to do now ........

Horible service provider.I have purchased UTI's INDIA LIFE STYLE FUND NFO in july 2007 inwhich this sevice was free however I have paid the fee alongwith required document.Till date I have not received my PAN Card.

Sir/Madam,

I had applied for name & signature change in my already allotted pan card which was just rejected for the simple reason o[censored]sing initials. You might be well aware that in south india using of initials is a regular one and our own hon'ble Finance minister has a 'P' as initial in his name. For this simple reason rejecting a request is against the moral who wishes to file her return.

I would request to create a software which should serve all indians irrespective of north south east west.

Hi Priya,

I agree with you. These North Indian dominated IT department are forcing us South Indians to change the way we name ourself by asking us to give Sur Name or expand initials and then, when we do expand initials, they ask us to provide proof of address and Identity with Initials expanded. All our (south Indian ) ration card, Bank Passbook etc... will have initials and hence they reject the application as name not same as in application.

They are forcing us to change the way we name ourself to match that of the North Indian format.

Where can we take up this complaint to permit us to continue to use initials???
