Money debited but no receipt please refund my money...

Money debited but neither beneficiary's credited nor amount refunded to me...

Cash deducted but e-pan transaction failed. Please refund my amount....

I have applied for name change in PAN through UTIITSL and after deducting money it didn't go for eSign but instead said ekyc failed. When I try to track application it says no record found. I have seen multiple people including my brother saying that they paid money 106rs only to lose them with no purpose. I wonder how many people are being scammed by this. Refund my money back....

I applied for PAN card correction on 1st November 2021 using Aadhaar based e-KYC option. I filled in all the details and then made a payment of Rs 106.90 which was debited from my account but then I got an error and didn't get an acknowledgement number. Now I don't know if the correction will be made or if the application was even successful, so I'd appreciate if I can get some information regarding this incident.
