I applied for pan card on 29/12/2021. My Application number is N[protected]. i opted for Aadhar based ekyc while applying pancard. After entering the otp for Aadhar in the required field, the webpage is going back to the same page (Regenerate pan online application form). i tried many times on the same day and on different days. but the result is same. there is no option given for applying refund. and there is no alternative given in the website to change the mode of kyc.
can you please solve the issue as soon as possible.

I have received my ePAN online through email on utiitsl portal. The PAN was done through Aadhar eKYC. This process was not able to identify my address properly. The portal has option to correct address issues for aadhar KYC. But I get this error "The Given PAN not available in ITD Master at present stage". Kindly help.

I, Amit S/o Sh Karan Singh has issued two PANs :DRFPA5438D & CRKPK4057N respectively. My PAN: DRFPA5438D has been deleted by the Income Tax Department, Kurukshetra and my aadhar number:[protected] has also been delinked from the above deleted PAN. Now I had applied online for correction in date of birth and name in my another PAN:CRKPK4057N vide acknowledgement number: UPC[protected] dated 30.11.2021. The form has been rejected stating that the aadhar number given is already linked with the another PAN. The aadhar number has already been delinked by the DIT System, New Delhi and the same is also updated on the ITBA System. In view of the above, is requested that my aadhar details may please be updated in your System so that I could apply online for correction in my PAN Card. Early action requested.

I have applied for name change in PAN through UTIITSL and after deducting money it didn't go for eSign but instead said ekyc failed. When I try to track application it says no record found. I have seen multiple people including my brother saying that they paid money 106rs only to lose them with no purpose. I wonder how many people are being scammed by this. Refund my money back.

on basis of this mail i called after 10 days the staff is saying wait for some time we have mail to concern dept. Then after 1 month again i called to customer care they are saying we have mail to concern dept. & highlighted as urgent basis please wait for 7 days. again after 7 days they are saying the same but not refunding my amount.

I applied for pan with application number N[protected] however, after completing the payment no form was displayed, regeneration of application keeps failing and adhar verification cannot be completed. kindly refund the charges paid by me as fee towards the same, which amount to Rs 107 only.

It is coming for 5 days in uti pan track status and when i search tacking consignment number in india post website which is given in uti pan track status it is coming that consignment details are not found.please process and deliver soon my pan card only through UTITSL only.
